New LMD 2011.1 Installers available

New LMD 2011 installers are available. New version is 2011.1.

This is a minor service release focusing on several reported problems. Exception is LMD IDE-Tools: LMD ScriptPack includes now full integration of the new Basic (VBA compatible) VM.

Besides that several standalone packs were updated as well.
