New LMD 2016.5 installer available (including 10.1 Berlin support!)

LMD 2016.5 (trial and full version) installers are available now in new LMD 2016 and public download areas
Main new feature of this update is Delphi/C++Builder 10.1 Berlin support for all packages. Please note that updated help files for integration in the new help system follow later.
