New LMD VCL 2009 release: D6/BCB6 installers back again

LMD-Tools 9.07
LMD ElPack 7.07
LMD IDE-Tools 2.07

The major change of this LMD 2009 VCL release is the comeback of Delphi 6/C++ Builder 6 support. In both public and personal download areas Delphi/C++ Builder 6 installers are available.
