  • New LMD 2021 Beta 3 installer are available now in customer download areas. Please note that a valid LMD 2021 license is required. At the moment only installers for major products are available (LMD-Tools, ElPack, IDE-Tools, VCL Complete). This new beta release focuses on fixes for LMD-Tools controls.

    Before downloading please review major changes of this release on LMD VCL What’s new page.

    Beta Releases are not recommended for production code. For production releases, please use the latest 2020.X release till 2021 release is made final Besides that please make sure that a previous LMD release is completely uninstalled before using the new 2021 installer.

    The new demo center and demonstration projects are not part of this release. They will be included in the next beta. A compiled exe of the LMDDemoCenter can be downloaded as compiled exe which provides a sneak preview of the new demo projects center.

  • Estimated release date of LMD VCL 2021 platform release is March 2021, so any customer with valid subscription after 01-March-2021 received LMD VCL 2021 licenses of their product(s) in the customer portal. These licenses can be used to to install the current LMDVCL 2021 betas (please note that only betas for major products like LMD VCL Complete, LMD-Tools, LMD ElPack or LMD IDE-Tools are available now). Current version is LMD VCL 2021 Beta 1. This beta release includes NG Controls. Beta 2 will be available start of next week.

    We are very interested on feedback regarding this release, because it is a major update with huge changes (caused by modernization and refactoring of large part of the codebase).

    Major changes are:

    • Integration of LMD VCL / NG Installers (no separate installers anymore)
    • Codebase reworked to support only Delphi/C++Builder XE2 and better (thus all non-unicode and other legacy code was removed and/or optimized)
    • Improved support for modern Delphi/C++Builder IDE/VCL features
    • Full rewrite of demo projects for many packages (not part of this beta)

  • New LMD 2020.9 installer are available now in customer download areas.

    Review changes of this release on history page. This service release contains an important fix for LMD-Tools edit controls and some other bugfixes requested by customers.

  • We will remove licenses and registered downloads for old LMD releases before 2013 (e.g. LMD-Tools 7 or 2011). If you are using such old licenses (or if you want to backup your license and installers), please visit your customer portal till 2021-02-28 and download all required files.

    After 2021-03-01 only licenses and downloads for LMD/NG 2013 and later will be available in LMD customer portal.

  • New LMD 2020.6 installer are available now in customer download areas.

    Review changes of this release on history page. This service pack contains fixes for Delphi/C++Builder 10.4 (Sydney) only. All users of other IDEs can skip this release.

  • Please redownload LMD-Tools/VCL Complete for RAD Studio 10.4 (compiled versions) when you miss LMD-Tools main components. We replaced these two installers with corrected versions today.
    All other 2020.3 installers (including source installer) were not affected by this problem.
    Sorry for any inconveniences this may have caused.

  • Both new LMD 2020.3 and NG 2020.1 installer (including 10.4 Sidney support) are available now in customer download areas and public download areas.

  • New NG 2020.0 installer are available now in customer and public download areas. Please note all executable NG demos in public download area were recompiled and are now digitally signed.

    Major changes cover vastly updated ConnectionPack which supports new obligatory Google authorization schemes. Please check the updated ConnectionPack documentation.

    Review changes of this release on history page. This is a mere interim release which solves a problem with Uninstaller on recent Windows operating systems.

  • New LMD 2020.0 installer are available now in customer and public download areas. Please note that most of the executable demos in public download area were recompiled and are now digitally signed.

    Major changes cover the new SpellPack package (check documentation), updated shared packages (e.g. PrintPack), completely revised LMD Edit/Memo controls (along with all their descendants like MaskEdit, Comboboxes etc.) and much more.

  • Our (main) website (www.lmd.de/www.lmdinnovative.com) along with the customer portal/git server were down on Friday 20-Mar-2020 (almost the full day). Reason were synchronisation problems in our database cluster (and non-working failover features). We apologize for any inconvenience caused by this downtime!
